Interview with Marcus O'Sullivan (Villanova University), coach of Patrick Tiernan, 2016 NCAA Division I cross country champion.  O’Sullivan was a two-time NCAA champion as an undergraduate at Villanova, was a part of six Penn Relays titles and also captured a total of 10 BIG EAST crowns. He went on to become a four-time Olympian and is one of just three people ever to run more than 100 sub-four minute miles.  During the 19 years O'Sullivan has coached 15 national champions, 103 All-Americans and 203 BIG EAST champions.
